DELIVERING YOUR AV EQUIPMENT PROMPTLY AND SECURELY IS OUR PRIORITY, WHILST ALSO KEEPING DELIVERY COSTS TO AN ABSOLUTE MINIMUM.

* Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we cannot offer the same Next Day Delivery guarantees as we normally would. This is due to our couriers being short-staffed and increased safety measures. We ask for your understanding during this period, and want all of our customers to know we are everything possible to meet our delivery promises.

The vast majority of the products we sell will be delivered to mainland UK locations* free of charge and usually the day after you place you order. Larger products will sometimes incur an additional charge due to their weight and any specialist offloading equipment or pallets required.

Please note: for larger units you may need to arrange for a forklift truck or similar machinery to move your equipment to its required location.

All of our cabling, accessories and parts will also be delivered to mainland UK locations* free of charge if your order total is over £100.00. For orders under £50.00 we will add a delivery charge of £4.50 (incl VAT).

*The following  postcodes may incur an additional delivery charge: BT, HS, IM, IV, KW, PA, PH, ZE, TR

Our Standard Free delivery service is 2-3 working days (following receipt of your order), subject to availability. This can vary on larger items, which can take up to 5-7 working days. Please feel free to contact us before, or after ordering to check. If in doubt please call for a delivery time estimate. All deliveries are subject to availability. In the unlikely event of there being a delay we will contact you by email or telephone. Delivery is normally between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday).

Free delivery is available on orders over £100.00 across most of our range for UK mainland locations. You can also click and collect, but you must email or call us first to book an appointment.

SPLIT DELIVERIES

If your order contains more than one product, there is a chance that you will receive your items as separate deliveries. For larger items, or where orders are being delivered to non-mainland UK locations, you may incur additional delivery charges per item, and we cannot guarantee that all items will be delivered on the same day.
